This comic addresses the speed limit on campus, which was something like 15 mph. And it was most definitely enforced. The strip has some snazzy black and white artwork, which is nice. The end however—wow. Shooting a cop. Well, I was 18, and it is supposed to be a campus police officer which is more like a security guard, and there is a disclaimer at the end. Too bad the disclaimer doesn't say *warning: I am an idiot*
